Dr. Kaliprasad Pappu
Chairman & Co-Founder
Dr. Kaliprasad Pappu, MBBS, MCH is a public health leader with three decades of experience working with UN agencies, the World Bank, and International and Indian NGOs. A Gates Fellow at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Dr. Pappu has led multiple large-scale public health programmes in India.
Laboni Jana
CEO & Co-FounderLaboni Jana, a Wellcome Fellow trained at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, has over two decades of experience in the development sector. Laboni started her carreer at the Child In Need Institute and prior to co-founding YouthInvest, has served as the India Country Director of IntraHealth International.
Naveen Devnani
CFO & Co-FounderNaveen Devnani is a senior finance and operations expert with extensive experience in finance, grants management, administration, procurement, contracting and human resource with Indian and international not-for-profit organizations. An MBA from IMT, Ghaziabad, Naveen currently works as the Director Finance and Grants at RTI International.

Atanu Acharya
Manager - Training, M&E, Documentation
Atanu Acharya has more than 15 years of experience in research, baseline, impact assessment and project evaluation. A post graduate in Economics, Atanu is currently responsible for monitoring, capacity building and technical quality oversight of YouthInvest's maternal and child health and nutrition programmes.
Tanwi Ckaraborty
Programme Officer, Jharkhand
Tanwi Chakraborty has 8 years of experience in maternal and child health, child nutrition and adolescent health, education and life skills development. A gold medalist in anthropology, Tanwi currently leads YouthInvest's girls' empowerment programme in Jharkhand.
Balaram Samanta
Programme Coordinator, West Bengal
Balaram Samanta has more than 24 years experiences in the field of disability, child protection, maternity and child health, education, nutrition and elimination of vector born disease. Balaram is responsible for YouthInvest's maternal, child and adolescent health & nutrition programme in Hooghly, Howarh and Kolkata, West Bengal.
Bikash Das
Senior Capacity Building Officer, Assam
Bikash has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Pune, Maharashtra. He has a diversified work experience of 14 years in NGOs, Central Govt. organizations, and CSR spreading multiple domains. Bikash currently manages YouthInvest's maternal, child, adolescent health & nutrition programme in Kamrup and Darrang districts, Assam.
Mouchumee Bora
Senior Capacity Building officer, Assam
Mouchumee has 14 years of experience in managing diverse women and child development programmes, capcity building, generating evidence and advocating on child rights and governance issues. A Masters in Sociology and a BEd. from Gauhati University, Mouchumme is an accredited state trainer from the State Institute of P&RD, Gov of Assam.
Mridul Sharma
Senior Capacity Building officer, Assam
Mridul Sharma has rich experience in the development sector, focusing on maternal, child and adolescent health and nutrition issues. Prior to joining YouthInvest, Mridul has worked as a ASHA State Trainer, National Health Mission. Mridul currently oversees the maternal, child and adolescent health and nutrition programme in Darrang district.
Sudipta Mondal
Programme Coordinator, West Bengal
Sudipta Mondal has more than 9 years of experience in the field of social development. With a passion for youth development and education, Sudipta leads YouthInvest's adolescent and youth programme in Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal.
Shilpi Singh
Senior Learning Instructor, Jharkhand
Shilpi Singh has 9 years of experience in teaching middle and senior classes and believes learning has no boundaries and should not be confined to classrooms. Shilpi currently oversees pedagogy and learning quality at YouthInvest's Sambhavana learning Centres, Jharkhand.

Senior Ward Facilitator, Kolkata
Mahua Nandi has more than 20 years of experience in the field of Maternal & child health, sanitation & Wash, adolescence health and livelihood programmes. Mahua currently is part of the YouthInvest team working in urban slums of Kolkata.

District Coordinator, Hooghly
Sudip Pal has more than 10 years of experience in the development sector, spanning multiple domains. Sudip currently oversees YouthInvest's MCH programme in Hooghly district.

Surajit Roy Chowdhury
Manager - Finance & Admin
Surajit Roy Chowdhury has more than 20 years of experience in Finance, Admin, Procurement and HR. Before joining YouthInvest, he had worked with CINI, SRD Programme and ISGP Programme implemented by P&RD Department, Gov. of West Bengal; Project Axshya funded by the Global Fund. Based in Kolkata, Surajit currently oversees YouthInvest finance and operations in West Bengal and Assam, as well as HR management.
Raju Dubey
Finance & Admin Officer
Raju Dubey is based in YouthInvest's Head Office in NCR and has an overall experience of 7 years. He has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is currently responsible for managing finance and operations of YouthInvest Jharkhand programme as well as organisational audit and compliance issues.
Jayasri Modak
Admin Assistant
Jayasri has a Bachelor's degree in Commerce. She works as Admin Assistant based in YouthInvest's office in Kamrup, Assam. With a passion for organization and keen eye for efficiency, Jayasri is committed to supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations.
